Coconut cream is thick and decadent just like cream cheese. It’s easy to get coconut cream from a can of coconut milk. Before opening the can refrigerate preferably overnight.

This hardens to cream and causes it to separate from the clear liquid which goes to the bottom of the can. Simply scoop out the cream and discard the liquid. Make sure you get the full fat canned coconut milk usually located in the Asian section of the grocery store.

Almond butter and butter extract create the vegan cookie dough flavor in this cream pie cheesecake.

Mint extract and cocoa nibs create a delicious flavor. This mint chocolate chip cream pie cheesecake recipe is amazing.

These cream pie cheesecakes are low carb Keto and therefore use fake sugar. However you can replace with any sweetener. Instructions for proper measurements are included in each recipe.
