More often than not, I find myself running out of time in the day. Sometimes, there just isn’t time to make a tasty meal that involves of a lot of prep work. This is why I often purchase my garlic pre-peeled and buy frozen veggies already chopped. Shaving a bit of time off of making dinner makes all the difference.
These vegan recipes are all super yummy, and they all take just about 5 minutes to throw together. Of course, it will all depend on how quickly you move in the kitchen. But, even if a lunch takes 7 minutes to whip together, I still consider that a win!
If you’re on the hunt for quick or lazy vegan meals, think easy salads, smoothies and things like avocado toast. Most of the time making food is spent doing the prep work (like cutting and chopping). So, any meal that requires little prep work will also be fast to make.
