This is my favorite snack combination. I like to take about 1 cup of frozen blueberries and put them in a glass cup. Then fill up the cup with cold almond milk.

I love soaking dried dates in almond milk until they become mushy. All you do is put 1/2 cup dried and pitted dates in a bowl and add 3/4 cup almond milk. Then eat it with a spoon like oatmeal!

This weight loss healthy snack is under 300 calories and super filling. Dates are rich in fiber and other nutrients.

Such as protein and complex carbohydrates for energy. Dates also contain potassium, magnesium, and copper.

So here is the deal with Dairy. Dairy is scientifically proven to be addictive! It literally has opiate like qualities in it!
