Hello all and welcome to Anyreasonvegans, my vegan recipe blog. Making vegan recipes is my passion and therefore I want to share them with the world. Cooking should be easy and fun.
Veganism is on the rise and I’m so happy to be part of the movement! My blog has all types of recipe ideas for you. Plant based diet recipes are super healthy and full of nutrients.

Shortly after I started this blog I was in the process of losing pregnancy weight. That’s why I have so many plant based recipes for weight loss.
Plant based recipes are great for healthy and weight maintenance. This lifestyle diet not only cuts out animal products, but also processed foods and sugars.
Some of my favorite cooking equipment tools include my air fryer, slow cooker, and good old fashion oven.
You can see the 20 plus plant based recipes I ate to lose 60 pounds. It also helped me have more energy around the house with my kids! I’m always coming up with new recipe ideas. Sometimes they don’t turn out as expected so I can’t in good consequence post those ones.

Other benefits of eating a vegan plant based diet besides health, for me, include super clear skin. My vegan buttercream frosting recipes were inexplicably super popular on Pinterest! I mean they are super delicious and simple to make. In total I have 15 different vegan Frosting recipes now.
Every once in a while I write something about animals and the environment but not very often. I love making healthy plant based and vegan meals for my kids and family. Making new meal ideas is so much fun.
