Blackberry Banana Healthy Popsicles Recipe

This blackberry banana healthy popsicles recipe is perfect for kids and healthy desserts for adults. They are way better than store bought because they’re delicious and super healthy. You will absolutely love making and eating this recipe for homemade popsicles.

I made these vegan fruit pops yesterday afternoon. My kids and I ate them for dessert last night and breakfast this morning. They’re perfect for spring and summer as well. When it’s hot outside you crave cold and refreshing treats!

This recipe for homemade popsicles has blackberries and bananas because I love that flavor combination. The tart blackberries combined with the creamy bananas makes a delicious popsicle flavor.

My toddler loves this healthy popsicles recipe. She doesn’t know any difference between these sweets and the ones from the box. Which is awesome because these ones are 100% plant based.

These frozen pops are totally plant based

Frozen fruit pops

You only need 3 or 4 easy ingredients to make this recipe for homemade popsicles. All you need is 1 cup blackberries, 1 large banana, and 3/4 cup sweetened vanilla soy milk. You can use any kind of vegan milk such as almond milk. I also like to add 1 tsp stevia, but that’s optional.

This healthy popsicles recipe is super easy to make. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend the ingredient mixture until thoroughly combined. Pour the blended mixture into the popsicle molds and secure them closed. I used these popsicle molds from Amazon:

Set the popsicles in the freezer until thoroughly frozen. For me I didn’t even try to open the fruit pops until like 6 hours later. However they were probably ready after about 3 hours. After the 6 hour mark they were so frozen I needed a little help to remove the plastic case.

So I briefly ran hot water over the plastic popsicle cover. I did this for only about 5 seconds, then the popsicle slide right out. Healthy desserts like these frozen pops are my favorite snack.
