  • 3 Cups (24 oz) All purpose flour
  • 2 Tsp (8.4g) Baking powder
  • 1 Cup (8 oz) Sugar
  • 1 Tsp (4.2g) Vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup (8oz) Almond Milk
  • 1 Cup (8oz) Applesauce
  • 1/2 Cup (4oz) vegan butter Room temperature
  • 1/2 Tsp (2.1g) Salt
  • 4 Tbsp (2oz) dark blue food coloring
  • 16 Oz red gel frosting

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C)

  2. In a large mixing bowl combine all the dry ingredients (EXCEPT THE EYE BALL CANDIES) and whisk until thoroughly combined 

  3. In a separate mixing bowl combine all the wet ingredients (EXCEPT THE RED GEL FROSTING) and whisk until thoroughly combined

  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk again until thoroughly combined 

  5. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper pour the blue sheet cookie dough into the sheet pan

  6. Use a large spoon or spatula to spread the cookie dough out evenly

  7. Bake the sheet cookie for 20 minutes and remove from the oven
