- 1 Cup vegetable or olive oil for frying

- 1.5 Cups cup vegan mayo
- 1/4 Cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 Tsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 Cloves crushed garlic
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 2 Tsp dried dill
- 1 Tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Sea salt
