25 Delicious Vegan Cast Iron Skillet Recipes

Is there anything better than cooking in a cast iron skillet? When you use a cast iron skillet, there is less fluctuation with heat level so your cooking temperature will remain more consistent. I love making breakfast potatoes, tofu scramble, and even breads in my cast iron skillet.

Not only is the cooking temperature more consistent, but you also get a little boost of iron when you cook with your skillet.
