Cheesy Vegan Spinach Quiche Recipe

There are many brands of vegan cheese out there to use for Cheesy Vegan Keto Quiche Recipes. Luckily they are also a low carb food. A little more than real cheese but still low.

Ingredients for this recipe for vegan quiche are easy. You need tofu, almond flour, and vegan butter. Also almond milk, vegan cheese, French Onion Dip Seasoning Mix, And spinach.

The directions for Cheesy Vegan Keto Quiche are also easy. First Purée the tofu into cream first. Add butter and milk then blend.  In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients (flour and seasoning mix) and whisk.

Next Add wet ingredients to dry and blend on medium. Use your hands to combine the spinach evenly. Pour Cheesy Vegan Keto Quiche mixture into 9X9 round pan.

Distribute the cheese evenly into the pan. What I did was pour a little batter and put some cheese, pour more batter and add more cheese, etc. like a lasagna. Bake for 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Almond flour
  • 1 Packet McCormicks French Onion Dip Seasoning
  • 13.5 Oz Medium firm tofu 1 block
  • 1/2 Cup Vegan butter
  • 2 Tbsp Almond milk
  • 3 Slices Daiya American style Or (3 oz) vegan cheese of your choice but this brand is the lowest in carbs
  • 3 Cups Spinach

Instructions

  1. Purée the tofu into cream first. Add butter and milk then blend.

  3. Add wet to dry and blend on slow/medium.

  4. Use your hands to combine the spinach evenly.

  5. Pour into 9X9 round pan.
