Chocolate Sweet Potato Crisps Recipe

You only need a few simple vegan ingredients to make these chocolate sweet potato chips. Ingredients include 4 medium sweet potatoes, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, and 1 cup almond flour. Also 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp stevia, and 1 tsp salt.

The directions for these sweet plant based chips are very easy as well. First Skin all four sweet potatoes and discard the skin. Then use your vegetable peeler to peel sweet potatoes

all the way through into thin potato chips. You want thinly sliced chocolate sweet potatoes.

Next drizzle vegetable oil over sweet potato chips recipe and toss to distribute oil evenly. Now is a good time to Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Then, In a large mixing bowl combine almond flour, stevia, cocoa powder, and salt.

Toss sweet potato chips into the bowl of seasonings and toss and mix. Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Distribute chocolate sweet potato chips across the baking sheet.
