  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes 
  • 2 cups vegetable broth 
  • 3/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced squash 
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms 
  • 1 oz freshly chopped cilantro

  • Step 1. Heat the oil in a skillet or wok then add in the onions and sauté for 1 minute before adding ginger and jalapeños.
