Vegan Strawberry Buttercream Frosting
This Fresh Strawberry Buttercream Frosting Recipe is delicious and easy!
- 2 cups vegetable shortening
- 1 12.25 oz jar Smuckers Marshmallow Topping
- 1 cup strawberries freshly diced
- 4 cups powdered sugar
First break up vegetable shortening alone with electric mixer (it’s very thick).
Add smuckers marshmallow topping and mix.
Combine strawberries to mixture and blend until frosting turns pink.
Lastly, add powdered sugar one cup at a time, blending on slow in between cups. (Otherwise you will have a powdered sugar explosion!).
Blend all the way on high until thoroughly combined.
