Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale chopped
  • 2 tbsp avocado
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas canned
  • 1 oz walnuts 14 halves
  • 1 serving spicy mustard dressing recipe below (super easy)

Instructions

  1. kale can be raw or cooked in a medium non stick frying pan with no oil. fry on low/medium with quality pan.
