Spring and summer are my favorite months for smoothies. It’s actually really easy to make a smoothie with spinach. But how to make it delicious is the important question. Because sure you can throw spinach in a blender with whatever but if it’s too spinachy you won’t want to eat it and you definitely won’t want to make it again. 

This smoothie with spinach combines it with pineapple and kiwis. Nutrients in 5.8 ounces pineapple includes: Calories: 82.5, Fat: 1.7 grams, Protein: 1 gram, and Carbs: 21.6 grams. It also contains Fiber: 2.3 grams, Vitamin C: 131%, Manganese: 76%, and Vitamin B6: 9% of the RDI.
