Instant Pot spaghetti squash recipe
Do you love spaghetti squash but want an easier way to cook it? It’s so simple to make spaghetti squash in the microwave! Only about 12 minutes and you will have soft tender vegetable pasta just the way you like it! Then drizzle with some olive oil and spices! How do you make spaghetti squash in the microwave?
Step 1. Poke holes in the whole squash and place it in the microwave on a plate and cook for 4 minutes.
Step 2. Take out the squash from the microwave and cut it from top to bottom lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out seeds and pulp and discard.
Step 3. Put 1/4 cup vegetable broth in the bottom of a small casserole dish. Put the squash cut side downing o the broth. Cover the top with paper towels.
Step 4. Microwave the squash for 8 minutes or until the squash is easily poked through the outside skin with a fork.
Step 5. Allow it the rest for 5 minutes then carefully scrap the flesh of the squash from top to bottom creating strands of spaghetti squash.
Step 6. Drizzle with olive oils and seasoning.
