Usually when people hear “keto” they don’t think “vegan” as well. Following two different diets can be challenging, but it’s entirely possible. You just need to be a bit creative and pay close attention to ingredients.
The ketogenic diet has become increasingly popular over the last few years as people look to improve their lifestyle and health. Those looking to combine their vegan lifestyle along with a keto diet can instantly become overwhelmed. I don’t blame you, it’s a lot of juggling!
It may seem daunting and impossible, but there are many recipes you can enjoy while being keto and vegan at the same time. You don’t need to compromise flavor or your dietary restrictions! But, by understanding some of the challenges, you can create a good balance that works for you.
