Since becoming vegan tofu has actually grown on me so much. These plant based little nuggets are so easy to make with absolutely no oil required. I have always loved the flavors associated with buffalo wings.

Breaded Buffalo Tofu Nuggets

This keto tofu recipe only requires 4 Easy ingredients. Ingredients include 13.5 Oz Firm Tofu (Plus liquid from container), 1/2 Cup Almond flour, 1.6 Oz McCormicks Buffalo Wing Seasoning Mix (Or powdered seasoning of your choice), and 1/4 Cup Hot sauce Buffalo wing sauce.

Furthermore the instructions for these low carb vegan nuggets couldn’t be easier! First, In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour and seasoning and whisk. Then Carefully cut open tofu container and pour liquid into separate bowl.

Next Cut tofu into 1X1 inch squares (preferably). Then Dip tofu squares into liquid then into seasoning. Spread tofu out on baking pan. Bake keto tofu recipe for 20 minutes. These spicy tofu nuggets are great for meal prep or low carb diets as well.
