If there is one thing I love almost as much as slow-cooker recipes, it’s easy vegan one pot meals. I’m always looking to save time in the kitchen (check out these 5-minute recipes), as well as cut down on the amount of dishes I dirty up.

These tasty vegan recipes are all made in one pot. You know what that means. Easier prep and a lot less clean-up! I’m also a huge fan of no-chop recipes. Many of these recipes are also kid-friendly and perfect for weekly meal prep. Packed with plant protein, these one pot recipes will keep you satisfied till you next meal.
