Figs are delicious in my opinion. My grandma used to always have Fig Newton cookies. I loved eating them with my grandma. She would love this fig ice cream recipe.
Figs contain protein, calcium, and iron. They also provide Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B9. Other vitamins include C, E, and K. Other minerals this fig ice cream recipe include magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc.
Soy milk is made from soybeans. This plant based milk is produced by soaking and grinding the beans, boiling the mixture, and filtering out remaining chunks. It is a stable emulsion of oil, water, and protein. I love making fig ice cream recipes with soy milk.

The directions for vegan ice cream with figs are just as easy. First soak the figs in soy milk and orange extract milk for 4 hours. Then place the mixture in the freezer for 4 hours.
Next, combine the frozen soaked figs plus orange juice in a blender and blend the nice cream mixture until thoroughly combined. If it’s too thick add a little more soy milk or orange juice. If too runny put in freezer for another hour or two.
