You only need 5 vegan ingredients for this nice cream with figs. The ingredients include 1 cup of dried figs and 1 cup of soy milk. You will also need 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 tsp orange extract, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
The directions for vegan ice cream with figs are just as easy. First soak the figs in soy milk and orange extract milk for 4 hours. Then place the mixture in the freezer for 4 hours.
Next, combine the frozen soaked figs plus orange juice in a blender and blend the nice cream mixture until thoroughly combined. If it’s too thick add a little more soy milk or orange juice. If too runny put in freezer for another hour or two.
This vegan ice cream or “nice cream” is healthy and delicious!
