Soymilk is a plant-based drink produced by soaking and grinding soybeans. The soybeans are then boiled and filtered. It is a stable blended mixture of oil, water, and protein. Soymilk is a natural by product of tofu production. I like this vegan milk in slow cooker vegan mac and cheese.

It’s also full of vitamins and minerals. However you can use any plant based milk in this recipe. If you don’t prefer Soymilk simply replace with another type. It’s perfect for slow cooker vegan mac and cheese.

You only need a few simple vegan ingredients for this slow cooker vegan recipe. The ingredients include 16 oz macaroni noodles dry, 3 cups Unsweetened soy milk, or plant based milk of your choice.

You will also need 8 oz miyokos vegan mozz or equivalent portion vegan cheese or your choice, 3 Cups vegan shredded cheddar, and 2 oz vegan butter. Also you need 1 tsp salt and 3 tbsp nutritional yeast for crockpot vegan recipes.

The directions are also very simple for slow cooker vegan recipes. First, turn the crockpot on high. Combine all ingredients in crock pot (except the noodles) and mix with large spoon.
