Heat the oil in the skillet before tossing in the mushroom mixture. Then add the orange juice, seasoning, and the flour and stir. Slowly pour in the vegetable broth and stir. Put the noodles into the broth and close the lid on the pan for 3-5 minutes.
Let the noodles rest for a few minutes then transfer to a bowl. I like to sprinkle some nutritional yeast and red chili flakes for an extra punch if flavor!

- 1 cup mushrooms diced
- 1/4 cup Chopped onions
- 1 average jalapeño rinsed and chopped
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp black garlic powder
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 cups Vegetable broth
- 10 oz Thai rice noodles
Instructions
