This vegan strawberry cream pie recipe contains canned coconut milk. It is important to get the cream to separate from the clear liquid. Therefore you need to chill the can for a few hours before opening.

Add strawberries and fold into cream with a large spoon until thoroughly dispersed
Scoop it on top of crust and return to freezer
Allow to freeze for approximately 2-3 hours so your pie is firm but not frozen solid
