For The Marshmallow Treats

  • 10 oz Dandies mini marshmallows Dandies are vegan marshmallows that work really well for this type of recipe
  • ¼ Cup vegan white chocolate for baking such as Kind David, Oh Nuts!, Hershey’s vegan white chocolate, or Milkless
  • 3 Tbsp Vegan butter Any brand there are many available at any local grocery store
  • 11.5 Oz Oops All Berries Captain Crunch Cereal 1 box

For The Icing

  • ¾ Cups vegan white chocolate such as Kind David, Oh Nuts!, Hershey’s vegan white chocolate, or Milkless
  • 3 Tbsp Vegan blue sprinkles such as Wiltons

Instructions

  1. Start making the recipe for marshmallow treats by combining 10 oz dandies marshmallows, 1/4 cup vegan whites chocolate, and 4 tbsp vegan butter in a large (microwave safe) mixing bowl.

  2. Heat these ingredients in the microwave for 40 seconds at a time and then stir 

  3. Repeat this approximately 3 times until the ingredients are completely melted and combined (if you heat it all at once it will burn)

  4. Next add the entire 11.5 oz box of “Oops All Berries” Captain Crunch Cereal to the mixing bowl

  5. Then use a large spoon to mix and fold to evenly distribute the cereal into the melted marshmallow mixture

  6. Pour the cereal mixture into a large cake pan (I used an 11x7x2 rectangular cake pan)

For The White Chocolate Icing

  1. In a small to medium (microwave safe) mixing bowl combine 3/4 cup vegan white chocolate and 3 tbsp vegan blue sprinkles.

  2. Heat this mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time and stir. 

  3. Repeat this heating process 2 or 3 times until it’s completely melted. 

  4. Immediately pour this icing over the marshmallow krispy treats and then put it in the refrigerator to harden.

  • 16 Oz Dried dates , pitted

    *tip get non pitted dates and manually remove the pits yourself because pre pitted dates are a lot more dry. 

  • 1 Cup Almond flour
  • Cup Almond milk Or vegan milk of your choice

Instructions

  1. Using a food processor or blender process the caption crunch “all berries” cereal into “flour” put in a large mixing bowl and set aside
