Tempeh recipes are just really healthy. You can fill the lettuce wrap up with lots of vegetables. Tempeh is a great plant based protein as well.

Tempeh is made from soybeans similar to tofu. However it’s less processed. The soy beans are still present giving this plant protein a chunkier texture. It’s more like meat in my opinion. Tempeh is high in protein, fiber, and calcium.

Avocados are botanically a fruit. They are rich in healthy fats and oils. Mainly Avocados add to a sweet and savory flavor in these brownies. They are rich in fiber and other nutrients. Avocados are rich in a variety of vitamins. They go great in vegan lettuce wraps as other similar recipes.

A1 steak sauce is an tasty condiment. Despite having the word steak on the bottle it’s actually vegan. Ingredients include tomato paste, raisin paste, vinegar and corn syrup. Also salt, orange purée, garlic, and a few other spices. These type of recipes taste great with steak sauce.
