Tempeh Hemp Seed “Meat” Plant Protein Recipe

- 13 oz brick of tempeh
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup white onion chopped
- 1 clove Garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
