You will need 9 total ingredients for making this vegan tempeh mushroom taco meat. Ingredients are one brick tempeh, 2 cup mushrooms, and 1 tbsp olive oil. For seasoning and flavor you will need 3 tbsp sriracha, 1/2 tbsp onion powder, and 1/2 tbsp salt. Also 1/2 tbsp paprika, 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper, and 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast.

Then Manually break up the tempeh into chunks over foil. Combine chopped mushrooms with tempeh. Your vegan recipe for mushroom tacos is almost done.
Use your hands to mix plant based taco meat together. Add olive oil and seasoning and toss/mix up again with your hands. Spread out evenly across foil sheeted baking pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes!
