The Best Vegan Donut Recipe Ever

Nothing is better than fresh donuts. They are perfect for breakfast, snacks, and dessert. When I make this recipe my kids always love it. That’s why this is the best vegan donut recipe.

You only need a few easy ingredients for the best vegan donut recipe. Ingredients include 1 Cup Almond flour, 1/4 Cup Coconut flour, and 1 Tbsp Agar powder. Also 1/2 Cup Coconut sugar, 1 Tsp Baking powder, and 1/4 Tsp Baking powder.

You will also need 1/4 Tsp Salt, 1/2 Cup Almond milk, and 1/2 Cup Water for the best vegan donuts. Also 1/4 Cup Coconut oil, 1 Tsp Vanilla extract, and 1/2 Tsp Rice vinegar. Lastly 1/4 Cup Date syrup and 3/4 Cup Apple sauce

Ingredients For The Glaze include 2 Cups Powdered sugar, 1 Tsp Vanilla extract, and 2 Tbsp Vegan butter. Also 3 Tbsp Soy milk and 1/2 Cup Shaved almonds. I love shaved almonds on this vegan donut recipe.

These baked donuts are simple to bake

First preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then, in a large mixing bowl combine all dry vegan donut ingredients and whisk. In a separate bowl combine all wet ingredients and blend.

Slowly add wet to dry and blend on low intermittently until thoroughly combined.  Pour vegan donut batter into greased donut baking pan. Bake donuts for 15 minutes or until donuts turn medium brown.

Allow to chill before removing them. Place vegan donuts on wire rack to glaze. Directions for the glaze are super simple. In a medium mixing bowl combine all wet ingredients and blend (butter should be at room temperature).

  4. Apply shaved almonds and Allow to chill
