Vanilla Frappuccino Whipped Cream Recipe

This easy vegan Vanilla Frappuccino Whipped Cream Recipe is so creamy and delicious. It’s made with thick coconut cream from coconut milk. I put this coffee flavored whipped cream recipe on top of my hot coffee in the morning and it melts right in.

Sometimes I just store it in the refrigerator and eat little spoon fulls throughout the day for energy! The great thing about this vegan Keto whipped cream with coffee is that you can replace the sweetener with anything you prefer.

My favorite sweetener for sugar free recipes like this is stevia. It’s good to use stevia for baking because the ratio is equivalent to sugar. This is perfect for coconut cream whipped cream texture.

However you can replace with powdered sugar if you don’t want sugar free or Keto. Other zero calorie vegan Keto sugars include monk fruit and erythritol. I prefer stevia for coffee flavored whipped cream.

Vanilla Frappuccino Whipped Cream Recipe

Sugar free Frappuccino cream topping only needs 4 ingredients. Those ingredients include 1 can coconut milk full fat, 1 cup zero calorie sweetener for baking (such as stevia, Splenda, or monk fruit) or powdered sugar for full sugar recipe.

You will also need 1 serving instant coffee and 1 tsp vanilla extract. This Frappuccino cream with vanilla is so easy to make. It only takes about 10 minutes. The longest part for making this coffee flavored whipped cream recipe is simply chilling the can of full fat coconut milk.

First make sure you have sufficiently chilled your can of full fat coconut milk. It’s best to put it in the refrigerator the night before. However 4 hours should be long enough if your refrigerator is cold enough.

Once sufficiently chilled the coconut cream will separate from the clear liquid. Scoop the coconut cream from the top of the can. Discard the clear liquid at the bottom. You do not need that clear liquid for this coffee flavored whipped cream.

Put the coconut cream into a large mixing bowl and add the sweetener and beat with an electric mixer until thoroughly combined and fluffy. Add the instant coffee and vanilla extract and beat again with electric mixer until thoroughly combined and fluffy. These directions are so quick and easy.

  • 1 Cup Stevia for baking
