Vegan Crockpot Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Vegan crockpot mashed potatoes are the perfect vegan side dish for all occasions. For example you can serve them for family dinner, dinner parties, and for the holiday season. It’s so simple to make these slow cooker mashed potatoes vegan. All you have to do is use vegan butter and plant based milk for perfect mashed potatoes in crock pot.

Mashed potatoes in the crock pot are so soft and flavorful. I love cooking vegan side dishes in the slow cooker. Additionally it’s so simple to throw all the ingredients together and let it cook. It cooks itself with the most minimal effort. 

This vegan mashed potatoes recipe is the best with soy milk in my opinion. Due to the fact that soy milk is thicker and creamier than almond milk (at least it seems that way to me!) You could also use coconut milk from the can for even thicker slow cooker

What do you need to make this recipe?

  1. Crockpot
  2. 4 large potatoes
  3. 2 cups almond milk
  4. 2 tbsp vegan butter
  5. Seasoning

You only need 5 easy ingredients to make vegan mashed potatoes in a crock pot. All you need is 4 large skinless potatoes, 2 cups almond milk, or milk of your choice. Also 2 tbsp vegan butter (or butter of your choice), 1 tbsp salt and 1/2 tbsp pepper for Vegan Crockpot Mashed Potatoes.

After about 3 hours use a potato masher to mash up the potatoes. Then use a whisk to stir and blend up the potatoes into mashed potatoes. Allow Vegan Crockpot Mashed Potatoes to continue cooking for another hour until thoroughly cooked and soft.
