Guava Fig Cheesecake
Guava paste blend so good with the cashews to make Raw vegan cheesecake recipe. I just love Vegan guava recipe. The figs soak and blend perfectly on their own to create a tasty fruit layer. I love this Vegan Guava Fig CheeseCake recipe!
I actually got the figs and guava paste for this recipe from the 99 cent store! Had never heard of guava paste before. Apparently it’s used often in Hispanic cooking. I read the ingredients and discovered it’s totally vegan! Which is great for this Raw vegan cheesecake recipe.
I don’t know if they have 99cent stores everywhere like the ones we have here in Southern California. Some are smaller than others however they are all awesome. It’s like a miniature off brand Walmart. They have guava paste, and I just love Vegan guava recipes.
They have everything including ingredients for vegan guava recipe. Especially this one in the next town over from my house. It’s huge! They have all kinds of food from cereal, cashews, to fruit. From eggs to tomatoes. They have fresh produce for 99 cents!
This 99cent store even had lemons and soy milk. Since becoming a vegan recipe blogger I hadn’t been to the 99 cent store so I never realized how much baking/cooking supplies they have!
It’s sweet tasting and has the texture of very thick jam. Another thing it reminds me of is fruit roll ups. So basically guava paste taste like a combination of jam and fruit roll ups. It’s perfect for making any type of vegan guava recipe like cheesecake.
It adds a sweet taste And gooey texture. Perfect for vegan cheesecake recipes.
Figs are delicious! My grandma used to always have Fig Newton cookies. I loved eating them with my grandma. Figs will always remind me of her. I love the little seeds inside in this vegan guava fig cheesecake recipe.
Figs contain protein, calcium, and iron. They also provide Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B9. Other vitamins include C, E, and K. Other minerals include magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc! This fruit is lovely in this raw vegan cheesecake recipe.
This Vegan Guava Fig CheeseCake recipe is so delicious!
