Vegan Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe
Easy vegan peanut butter fudge recipe is so simple and tasty. I love putting little sprinkles inside and on top for a little decoration. It’s so simple to just heat up the ingredients in the microwave too. The peanut butter captain crunch cereal adds a little crunch in this recipe for cereal bars. All versions of Captain Crunch cereal are vegan.
Peanut butter fudge microwave version is the easiest way for me. However you can also heat the fudge ingredients in a pot. Just make sure you stir continuously so it doesn’t burn the easy fudge recipe.
This recipe for cereal bars works for any time of the year. I made them for a birthday party and Thanksgiving this year. I love the pretty tan color of the peanut butter and white chocolate chips melted together.
You might wonder where to get white chocolate chips that are vegan. Well thankfully there are a variety of brands available. Vegan white chocolate brands include Nestle, King David, Oh Nuts!, and Milkless.
This easy fudge recipe is so versatile
Peanut butter fudge microwave only needs 5 ingredients. All you need is 10oz Vegan White Chocolate Chips, 1 cup Peanut Butter, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. You also need 3 cups peanut butter Captain Crunch and 1/4 cup white sprinkles.
Easy vegan peanut butter fudge recipe is so easy to make. First, in a large microwave safe mixing bowl combine white chocolate chips and peanut butter. Heat for 40 seconds and stir with a large mixing spoon.
Heat again for another 40 seconds and stir again. If it’s still not thoroughly melted heat again for another 30-40 seconds and stir vigorously until thoroughly combined. Next add the vanilla extract and stir again.
Lastly, add the peanut butter Captain crunch cereal and fold/mix until cereal is evenly distributed throughout the melted fudge mixture. Pour the entire mixture into a cake pan lined with parchment or wax paper (I used an 11x7x2 rectangular cake pan). Set the fudge in the refrigerator to harden for 1 to 2 hours. I love making this simple peanut butter fudge for my kids on the weekends and long summer days.

- 12 Oz vegan white chocolate Vegan brands: nestle, kind David, Milkless
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Cups Peanut Butter Captain Crunch
- ¼ Cup Sprinkles
Instructions
