These donut holes are easy and tasty
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cashew butter
- 16 Oz Dried dates , pitted
*tip get non pitted dates and manually remove the pits yourself because pre pitted dates are a lot more dry.
- 1 Cup Almond flour
- ⅓ Cup Almond milk Or vegan milk of your choice
- 6 Oz Captain Crunch Oops All Berries Cereal
(1/2 of an 11.5 oz box)
Instructions
Using a food processor or blender process the caption crunch “all berries” cereal into “flour” put in a large mixing bowl and set aside
Using the food processor or blender process/ blend up the dates and set them aside
In a separate large mixing bowl combine cashew butter and stevia. Beat with an electric mixer until thoroughly combined
Add the almond flour and beat again until thoroughly combined
Add vegan milk and beat again until thoroughly combined
Add the blended dates to the mixture and beat again with electric mixer until thoroughly combined
Add 1 cup of the caption crunch all berries flour and mix with a large mixing spoon
Manually roll into about 12 donut holes and individually drop and roll around in the captain crunch flour for an extra coating
Store on parchment paper in the refrigerator
