Vegan Rainbow Donut Holes Recipe

These vegan rainbow donut holes are fun, delicious, and healthy. They are no bake, gluten free, and vegan. Rainbow energy bites with dates are fun for everyone.

No bake vegan donut holes make breakfast healthy and fun. Energy balls made with Captain Crunch All Berries cereal are gluten free and require no baking. The fruity flavored crunchy cereal adds a little crunch to this vegan donut recipe.

Vegan donut holes are made with fruit, nuts, and blended cereal. Captain Crunch Oops All Berries is accidentally vegan and is fortified with a variety of vitamins and minerals.

These raw vegan rainbow donut holes only need 5 easy vegan ingredients to make. All you need is 6 oz “Oops All Berries” Captain Crunch Cereal. Just use about 1/2 of an 11.5 oz box. Other ingredients include 1 cup cashew butter  and 1 cup almond flour.

Vegan Rainbow Donut Holes

You also need 16 oz dried dates (pitted) and 1/3 cup vegan milk (such as soy or almond). To make vegan Energy bites with dates start by using a food processor or blender. Process the caption crunch “all berries” cereal into “flour”

Then put it in a large mixing bowl and set aside. Next use the food processor or blender to blend up the dates and set them aside also. In a separate large mixing bowl combine cashew butter and stevia. Beat donut holes batter with an electric mixer until thoroughly combined.

Then add the almond flour to the vegan donut hole batter and beat again until thoroughly combined. Add vegan milk and beat vegan donut hole batter again until thoroughly combined.

Then add the blended dates to the energy bites with dates mixture and beat again with electric mixer until thoroughly combined.

Add 1 cup of the caption crunch all berries flour to the rainbow energy bites with dates mixture and mix with a large mixing spoon. Manually roll into about 12 donut holes and individually drop and roll around in the remaining captain crunch flour for an extra coating.

Store rainbow donut balls on parchment paper in the refrigerator

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cashew butter
  • 16 Oz Dried dates , pitted

    *tip get non pitted dates and manually remove the pits yourself because pre pitted dates are a lot more dry.

  • 1 Cup Almond flour
  • Cup Almond milk Or vegan milk of your choice
  • 6 Oz Captain Crunch Oops All Berries Cereal
