My obsession with napa cabbage all started with kimchi. As soon as I discovered how much I loved kimchi, I made sure that napa cabbage had a permanent place in my garden every single year. These amazing vegan recipes using napa cabbage are all tasty, crunchy, and incredibly satisfying

It’s important to remember that some of the best vegan recipes aren’t labeled “vegan” at all. While most of these recipes are 100% vegan, some of them do require very slight modifications which I outline in the description. And, none of these modifications change up the flavor at all. They’re all delicious.
