  • 10 Whole Kiwi fruits Skinned and cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp stevia Or sweetener of your choice to taste


  1. First remove the skin off all the kiwi fruits and cut them into chunks

  2. Using a blender or food processor blend the kiwi fruit into a purée 

  3. Add the sweetener and blend again until thoroughly combined 

  4. In a large mixing bowl combine the kiwi fruit purée with the chia seeds and mix with a whisk or large spoon until thoroughly combined 

  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator to allow the chia seeds to absorb liquid and thicken 

  6. It should be thick like jelly or jam in about 3 hours
