These donuts are healthy and delicious
*helpful tip get non pitted dates and manually remove the pits because the pre pitted ones are very dry.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Using the food processor or blender process/ blend up the dates and set them aside
In a separate large mixing bowl combine cashew butter and stevia. Beat with an electric mixer until thoroughly combined
Add the almond flour and beat again until thoroughly combined
Add vegan milk and beat again until thoroughly combined
Add the blended dates to the mixture and beat again with electric mixer until thoroughly combined
Use a large mixing spoon to pour vegan donut batter into the donut pan
Bake for 7 minutes only
Allow to completely cool off by chilling in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before removing from pan and coating with the rainbow topping
Using a food processor or blender process the caption crunch “all berries” cereal into “flour” and put in a large mixing bowl
Melt the dairy free chocolate chips for baking in the microwave (use a microwave safe bowl) heat 40 seconds at a time, stirring in between to avoid burning the chocolate
Dip the top side of the donuts first in melted chocolate then immediately into the Captain Crunch “All Berries” cereal “flour”
Donuts are now ready to serve!
Store them on parchment paper and store in the refrigerator
