Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Oatmeal Dry
  • 3 Cups Chopped Green apples About 6 small Granny Smith apples
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar of your choice Or 3 tbsp stevia
  • 2 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 6 Cups Soy milk or milk of your choice

Instructions

  1. Chop up 3 cups worth of green apples with the skin on (I used about 6 small Granny Smith apples) 

  2. Plug in your crock pot and turn it on high

  3. Combine all the ingredients inside the crock pot

  4. Stir with a large spoon and allow to cook for about 2 hours

  5. Once every 45 minutes to an hour, stir with the large spoon again
