Ingredients

  • 4 Large Potatoes Skinned
  • 2 Cups Soy milk Or milk of your choice
  • 2 Tbsp Vegan butter or butter of your choice
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Start making this recipe by peeling the skin off of the potatoes. 

  2. Next, combine all the ingredients inside your crockpot

  3. Turn the crockpot on high and put the lid on

  4. After about 2 hours mix it around a little with a large mixing spoon 

  5. After about 3 hours use a potato masher to mash up the potatoes

  6. Then use a whisk to stir and blend up the potatoes into mashed potatoes 

  7. Allow to continue cooking for another hour until thoroughly cooked and soft
