For The Donuts

  • 2 cups Pancake Mix

    vegan brand such as Bisquick Original Pancake & Baking Mix, Aunt Jemima Original Pancake & Waffle Mix, or Hungry Jack Complete Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix

  • 1 Cup Plant based milk Such as soy milk or almond milk
  • ½ Medium Banana
  • ¼ Cup Maple syrup
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract

For The Maple Glaze

  • ¼ cup vegan butter
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Plant based milk
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 Cups Powdered sugar


For the donuts

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and blend with hand held mixer until thoroughly combined 

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F 

  3. Grease 2 (6 count) donut pans

  4. Pour donut batter into donut compartments in the donut pan (fill them 1/2 way full)

  5. Bake for 8 minutes only

For the glaze

  1. Melt butter in microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds

  2. Add the remaining glaze ingredients into melted butter mixing bowl and whisk vigorously until thoroughly combined 

  3. The glaze will thicken as the butter cools off

  4. Let the donuts cool off before dipping the tops in the glaze
