  • 1/2 Cup Hemp seeds
  • 13 Oz tempeh
  • 2 Cups Tomatoes freshly chopped
  • 1 cup tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • 2 Tbsp Dried chives Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup onions chopped
  • 16 oz whole wheat pasta or pasta of your choice


  1. In a large frying pan heat up olive oil 

  2. Add onions and garlic and fry until it starts to brown

  3. Add fresh tomatoes to pan and simmer until they start to wilt.

  4. Add tempeh and mix with large spoon

  5. Add tomato sauce and seasoning and continue to simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Don’t forget to stir occasionally
