Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a large mixing bowl combine cashew butter, baking soda, and baking powder- beat with electric mixer on high to make it light and fluffy
Then slowly beat in the almond flour, banana, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
Use an electric mixer to beat the cookie dough until thoroughly combined on medium
Then add the dairy free dark chocolate chips to the dough and use a large spoon to mix and fold until chocolate chips are evenly distributed
Grease a large sheet pan or baking sheet or line with parchment paper
Roll the chocolate chip cookie dough into 9 separate balls and spread them out evenly across the baking sheet
Use a fork or your hand to flatten the cookie dough balls
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes
