Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 large banana
  • 3/4 cup sweetened vanilla soy milk or vegan milk of your choice such as almond milk
  • 1 tsp stevia Optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender 

  2. Blend the ingredient mixture until thoroughly combined 

  3. Pour the blended mixture into the popsicle molds and secure them closed

  4. Set them in the freezer until thoroughly frozen (minimum 3 hours)
