Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen blueberries
  • 1 Large banana Frozen
  • 13.5 Oz canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup Sugar

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly freeze the fruit overnight

  2. The easiest way to freeze the banana is to peel it and cut it in slices then put the slices in a zip lock bag. You can even add the blueberries in the same bag if it’s big enough. 

  3. Thoroughly refrigerate the can of coconut milk overnight

  4. Combine all the ingredients in a large food processor or blender

  5. Blend until thoroughly combined 

  6. You should have a soft serve ice cream texture

Recipe Notes

Make sure your fruit is really frozen all the way, preferably over night. Also make sure the cream and milk is fully chilled as well. This combination of temperatures creates the perfect soft serve ice cream texture.
