  • 3 ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 cup Vegan butter Melted
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar or granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1.5 cups Flour
  • 3/4 cup Dairy free dark chocolate chips for baking


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F

  2. Lightly grease a standard loaf pan

  3. Use your food processor to purée the bananas

  4. Then add the flour, baking soda, and vanilla extract into the food processor as well and pulse a few times until it becomes smooth.

  5. In a separate large mixing bowl cream (beat) the vegan butter and the coconut sugar until it’s thoroughly combined thick and fluffy. 

  6. Slowly beat the banana flour mixture from the food processor into the mixing bowl with the beaten butter until your batter is thoroughly combined and smooth. 

  7. Bake the chocolate chip banana bread recipe for 45 minutes then allow it to rest for 20 minutes.
