Ingredients

  • 1 average spaghetti squash
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Slice the squash in half using a sharpe Chefs knife. 

  2. Drizzle the insides with the oil and sprinkle with the seasonings

  3. Place them with the cut side up inside the instant pot

  4. Pressure cook on high for 12 minutes and allow it to naturally steam release.

  5. allow them to cool down before using a fork to gently pull the flesh away from the skin.
