  • 1 lbs red bliss potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tsp garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic salt 
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried Rosemary 
  • 2 tsp dried basil 
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup soy milk unflavored


  1. Dice your onions and rinse and dice your potatoes. 

    Chop onions
  2. Combine olive oil onions and garlic paste is in the instant pot seal the lid and sauté 2 minutes.

  3. Add the potatoes in and stir.

  4. Stir in the seasoning and vegetable broth, seal the lid and pressure cook on high for 4 minutes set the steam release for 1 minute.
