Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen kiwi chunks
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or sweetener of your choice
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Just combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until thoroughly combined! 

  2. I like to blend the spinach and liquid first because it helps shred the spinach into smaller pieces so it’s less leafy.
