Ingredients

  • 1 cup mushrooms diced
  • 1/4 cup Chopped onions
  • 1 average jalapeño rinsed and chopped
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp black garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth
  • 10 oz Thai rice noodles

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and jalapeño 

  2. Add them into a mixing bowl with the mushrooms and ginger

  3. Marinate with soy sauce and some juice from the jar of ginger if you have it 

  4. Heat the oil before tossing in mushroom mixture and add the orange juice, all the seasoning, and the flour and stir 

    Season the vegetables
  5. Slowly pour in the vegetable broth and stir 

  6. Put the noodles into the broth and close the lid on the pan for 3-5 minutes
