  • 4 Cups spirilized sweet potatoes  4-5 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tsp black garlic powder
  • 1 Tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 Oz fresh cilantro


  1. Wash, prep, and spirilize your sweet potatoes 

  2. Heat the oil in your skillet on medium high

  3. Drop in the sweet potato noodles and sprinkle the salt in

  4. Mix them around so they sear on all sides for 1 minute

  5. Mix in all the spices and sear for 2 minutes
