Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Dates pitted
  • 3/4 Cup peanut butter or any nut butter
  • 1/2 Large banana
  • 1.25 Cups oatmeal quick oats
  • 1/3 Cup chia seeds
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Combine dates, banana, and vanilla extract first in the food processor and blend until dates break apart and blend
