  • 8 Oz (1 cup) Silken Tofu
  • 1 Tbsp (0.5oz)  flaxseed meal (ground flaxseed)
  • 3 tbsp (1.5oz) water
  • 1/2 Cup (4oz)  Walden Farms Caramel Syrup (1/2 to go into the donut batter and 1/2 to drizzle on top)
  • 1 Tsp (4.2g) Vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup (8oz)  Almond flour
  • 1/4 Cup (2oz) Erythritol or Monk fruit
  • 1 Tsp (4.2g)  Baking soda
  • 1 Tsp (4.2g)  sea salt


  1. Combine the flaxseed and water in a small bowl and whisk - let it set for 10 minutes until it becomes thick in texture 

  2. Purée the silken tofu in a food processor 

  3. Add in the flaxseed egg and blend 

  4. Then add in 1/4 cup Walden Farms caramel syrup and vanilla extract and blend in the food until smooth 

  5. Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk 

  6. Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and beat with electric mixer until thoroughly combined 

  7. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

  8. Grease two 6 portioned donut pans the pour the doughnut batter 3/4 full into each donut section of the pan

  9. Use the remaining 1/4 cup caramel syrup on top of each uncooked donut

  10. Bake for 12 minutes and take out of the oven to cool off
